The 2008 season marks the 70th anniversary of the Madison Scouts. With two DCI world championships to their name and over 5000 alumni, the Scouts continue to stay true to their mission of personal development through the rigors of competitive and creative drum corps.

Madison Community Band on Facebook - Richmond, KY - Established in July 2009 and under the direction of Dr. John Stroube, the Madison Community Band is based in Richmond, Kentucky, with members residing in Madison and surrounding counties. The band rehearses Sundays at 7-8:30 p.m. at the Madison Central High School Band Room and performs four or more concerts each year. The Madison Community Band is comprised of high school and college-aged musicians, educators, businesspeople, physicians, retirees and others who enjoy performing the finest in wind band literature.

We're different and have chosen to market our full line of marching accessories, guard wear, formalwear, and other products through an expanding network of part time associates. We offer excellent part time income opportunities for recently retired Band Directors, experienced color guard and percussion instructors, representatives for Independent Music Stores, or anybody with a passion for music education.
