This 100 point form is collaborative effort
by Kentucky instructors, judges and band directors in an effort to
produce a standard sheet to use in adjudicating Kentucky high school
color guards. This sheet was provided by Dana Arnold Color Guard

Performance Tally Sheet This sheet is not required to be used by the
adjudicator and is provided as a organizational tool for the judge and
will not be given to the director.

* The Kentucky Format Color
Guard and Percussion Score Sheet was designed using the 2011 KMEA
judging sheets as a template. One of the
original intentions of this sheet is to provide forms that
will permit the host of KMEA sanctioned contest to give the same
instructions to the guard and percussion judge that they will present to the band
judges during the judge orientation meeting. These forms have not been endorsed or
approved by the Kentucky Music Educators Association Marching Band
Committee or the Kentucky Chapter of the Percussive Arts Society.

available for anyone else to use we will gladly post them here.
Also, if you have any suggestions on how to improve the forms or you would
